Regent Assay advised on the sale of LLTS on behalf of its owner managers and institutional shareholder 3i Group plc to a fund managed by Chelverton Asset Management Ltd. LLTS is a mission critical supplier of systems and spare parts to former Royal Navy and other military vessels in service around the world.
LLTS manages around £1.4 billion of stock on behalf of the MOD and has unique systems capable of controlling the logistics of in excess of 145,000 line items and 6.25 million parts sourced from over 6,000 suppliers. It is also capable of making just in time deliveries anywhere in the world.
This transaction completes the exit of the operating businesses within the Leafield Group.
