ICME bought the titles, Foundry Trade Journal, Castings Buyer, Diecasting World and the Foundry Yearbook from dmg media, part of the Daily Mail Group.

ICME based at the National Metalforming Centre in West Bromwich is the leading UK professional body for the cast metals and associated industries.

Regent Assay Corporate Finance provided acquisition support services and commenting on the deal David Tucker said:

“The acquisition of these titles was critical to the development of a stronger trade journal. It marks another chapter in the development of ICME’s services to the cast metals industry.”
