Regent advises Access Intelligence on the divestment of AIControlPoint to One Voice

Access Intelligence plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange has sold its subsidiary, AI Controlpoint Limited to Norwegian based One Voice AS.

AI Controlpoint Limited provides crisis management software solutions to both public and private international companies across a wide variety of sectors.

The acquirer’s CEO, Frode Lien Otnes, was delighted with the acquisition and commented, “I am extremely pleased that what started as a small entrepreneurial company in Trondheim, Norway can now buy our toughest competitor in the international market”.

This is the third successful divestment managed by Regent for Access Intelligence plc, and is in line with their strategic focus on providing software for public relations, public affairs and stakeholder communications professionals seeking to identify, understand and engage with the right influencers for them, whether they’re part of mainstream or emerging media, or influential within more niche, real-world networks.

The Regent team for this transaction was led by Pradip Somaia.
